  • A valid purchase invoice issued by Xtrike-me.pk is required for all claims.

Products that show signs of misuse, physical damage, or missing components may not be eligible.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  2. Navigate to “My Orders” and select the item you wish to return or exchange.

  3. Click “Request Return” or “Request Exchange”, and provide the required details along with the reason.

  4. Our support team will review your request and share the next steps, including shipping instructions if approved.

Additional Information

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • Certain items are non-returnable, including:

    • Clearance or special-order items

    • Products explicitly marked as non-returnable

  • Once a return is approved and received, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
